Am I due a refund?

I booked a self catering lodge for 29th May - 1st June in uk. I have not cancelled it but obviously it is not available because these sites are still not allowed to open. Under the businesses terms and conditions it’s states ‘if the accommodation should be unavailable due to conditions outwith our control we accept no liability but all monies will be refunded’. Does this mean that I should be entitled to a refund?

That's exactly what it says - but 'entitled to' and you'll receive one without a fight aren't the same thing. Has there been any communication from them that they've cancelled ?

No, I emailed them asking if it was available or were they cancelling and they refused to say they were cancelling but said that the accommodation wasn’t unavailable is was ‘inaccessible’ so the T&C was not relevant ??

Looks like they are trying to avoid a refund that you are due.
What method of payment did you use?
