Balance transfer - American Express balance

Can the panel recommend a balance transfer card to get rid of my American Express balance?

You’ll need to check who accepts AMEX. 

Also assuming the card is a credit card and not a charge card.

I struggled with this last month. 
only way i ended up doing it was to my nationwide cc then over to 28 months on virgin. so had to pay the fee twice but still way less interest overall.

Or get a Money Transfer card

HSBC will accept BT from Amex. You just need to add a zero in front of the 15 digit card number.

I done this with an MBNA card, transferred a balance from AMEX to that. 1% fee over 26 months at 0%.
