Opodo car hire

I have a email confirmation for my car hire on 13 June from Opodo but when I go on the site to change the booking it just goes blank ,it also says that it dosent recognise my booking my online banking has the payment down as arguscar hire I've tried both but no good, tried phoning but just get a robot no help whatsoever, i believe they may have given me a dud reference number mine has only nine numbers and they are asking for 10 can anybody give me some idea of what to do next
