Opodo car hire

I have a email confirmation for my car hire on 13 June from Opodo but when I go on the site to change the booking it just goes blank ,it also says that it dosent recognise my booking my online banking has the payment down as arguscar hire I've tried both but no good, tried phoning but just get a robot no help whatsoever, i believe they may have given me a dud reference number mine has only nine numbers and they are asking for 10 can anybody give me some idea of what to do next

    Hi I also tried to get through to their customer services on the phone and online and had the same problem. On the web on my phone I could access their chat portal but this happened, still unresolved.  I urge people to be cautious of Opodo who have appalling customer service and have behaved disgustingly in my case.

    Has anyone had any progress with this?, we’re sat at the airport now with no car, the car we booked wasn’t available from a company Opodo booked through, now we don’t know how to get a refund, the customer service doesn’t work and the same with the booking line, nothing. Thanks
