Credit Cards Without a Bank Account

Hi all, very new to the forum.
About 4 years ago i was a subject of fraud where my bank account was taken away. It was not my fault, it was my ex-partners doing. But i was left with the misfortune of having my bank account taken away. Since then i have been 'black listed' from being able to get any form of bank account from high street banks. For a good few years now i have been using Monzo which has saved me!
I've been told the 'black list' will be taken off in two years as it reaches the 6 year mark. But id like to somehow try and build my credit up in the mean time with a credit card.
Is there any companies out there that will allow you to have a Credit Card with a bank account and bad credit/little credit history (im assuming its bad as ive been told im black listed)

Any help would be great.

Look at the credit building ones like Aqua or Vanquis. They'll be a very low limit, typically starting at a few hundreds of pounds with horrific APRs you'll not need to worry about as you'll be repaying in full every month, but they'll get you going.

if you have a CIFAS marker for fraud and it sounds like you do then nobody as far as I'm aware will offer you a credit card, even Aqua and the like.  youll just have to wait until the marker drops of before rebuilding your credit.

Obtaining a CC with an active CIFAS marker is highly unlikely.

You do have a bank account, it's with Monzo.
Even Monzo won't give you a current account with CIFAS markers.
You need to check your credit history with the CRAs to find out what is going on with your credit file.
