Boiler question

I have a boiler question.
I have a 5 bed semi, it was a 3 bed but I have a loft conversion.
It is smaller than it sounds though.
The boiler is 13+ years old and takes for ever to heat water and repairs have had no effect on this.
I looked at these websites
Heattable, Iheat, glowgreen and Eon
Heattable, Iheat both recommended Viessmann Vitodens 100-W 35kW for about £2400
Eon Worcester Greenstar 30i (Combination) 2898
All of these had a 10 year warranty
Glowgreenltd Worcester Bosch or Vaillant boiler 2,210 and 12 year warranty.
My question is - has anyone had any good or bad experience with any of these?
