HMRC SEISS disputes/reviews

Hi
My husband was told he wasn't eligible for SEISS due to his profits being £300 over the threshold for 2018-19. We have had confirmation them over the phone that yes - they should then be looking at the previous 2 tax years in order to take an average over the past 3 years (which we know works out at £36k, so he ought to be eligible). He has only ever been self employed - self assessment tax returns for 30 years. He receives no other income. We raised the dispute around the middle of May.
Just wondering if others who have raised disputes have has any response yet - and in what format.
Thanks

I think the timetable for looking at appeals is supposed to be the end of May. Unfortunately there will be a lot of claims that are against the form of the grant rather than its incorrect application, and I suspect these "protest" appeals will slow down the process for genuine appeals.1

I have raised a third dispute. The first time they claimed that I wasnt self employed, the second they gave me someone elses figures. Now they are saying my average self employed income is less than my other income when they are supposed to only look at 2018-19.0

They should look at 2018/19 first. If you don't meet the 50% test for 2018/19, then they must look at the three years 2016/17 to 2018/19.0
