I only buy cod or haddock fish fingers.
If I can't get Birds Eye on offer, I buy Aldi cod fish fingers.
Birds Eye aren't cheap at £6.50 for 30 (current Tesco price) but I'd rather eat decent ones than the cheap mush alternative.
We don't have them very often, usually for lunch as a fish finger sandwich so has to be on good quality bread too.

I also buy only cod fish fingers. There are the only ones that taste like fish to me
