Did Klarna, NS & I or the Coronavirus SEISS Payment Lower My Credit Rating?

I just got a notice from Credit Karma to say that my credit rating went down 11 points. On reviewing my credit report, the only search that has been done in the last 3 months is a soft search from Klarna done yesterday. One online retailer that I buy from every couple of months offers Klarna as a service, but I never use it, always choosing to pay in full at the time of purchase. As a result, Klarna have done loads of soft searches over the years, but never with an adverse impact on my credit rating.
This week I got my SEISS payment from HMRC. The payment was only a few hundred quid, so not a life-changing sum. I see no mention of it on my report, or anything that could imply they were notified of my receipt of such a payment.
The only other thing that I have done from a financial perspective is open an Income Bond account with NS & I. Yet again, no mention of that on my credit report.
I've filed a dispute for the drop, but it could take some time for a resolution to occur and some light to be shed on the reason. Does anyone know what may have caused the drop in credit rating?

Your score and rating is irrelevant.
No one sees it but you.2 -

Does anyone know what may have caused the drop in credit rating?Seriously ????Please read the sticky thread at the top of this forum, entitled - "what your credit score really means".In this country, the score generated by the CRA`s is, at its most basic level, used as a marketing ploy to sell you credit improvement products, such as high interest credit cards or loans, see the small print on credit karma website, it states "we act as a broker", thats really all you need to know on that one, its a very basic indication of your credit worthyness.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I`m sorry, it was not meant to be patronising, It was actually the most reasoned responce i could muster, i was actually asking a serious question of you, I`m just astonished you would make a complaint about your credit score dropping that`s all.
