Hi . My wife's with swinton and she's selling her car . She's looking for a new one .staying with swinton insurance to avoid cancellation fees .Does she hold off selling till she's got one or is there a way to suspend it for a few week . Would it be illegal for her to be still insured for her old car if someone else has bought it.

SPeak to the insurer if they can hold the insurance, but they may cancel the insurance after a set period if no car to insurer.
but not wise to keep a car insured which you don't own, means you could liable for any accidents"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
