You will still need to register with HMRC as self employed within 3 months and you will need to submit accounts at the end of the year.

So it is I must admit though, I haven't been on that part of the site for quite some time, not since they published a story about me and didn't ask my permission :eek: .

I see the payment page hasn't been updated since 2004 but even then I wasn't paid twice a month, so I don't know what they are on about.

The most annoying thing about GAP is that they'll still use your reports, they just won't pay you for it....

This is why I only do the GAP jobs that are genuinely convenient for me to do, so if they shouldn't pay me for any reason I won't be out of pocket.

I agree, my Dh has been saying this since I started. I have to say that since they refused to pay me for a Pizza shop I've not done any assignments. I've looked but will only do ones that are convenient for me too as Timmne says. They were a good starting point for me, but I have enough to do now without them.

with abai when it says you have 3 days to do the visit is that always the case?
so on a friday what would my cut off day be do they include the day you accept the visit.

Gap are poor, it's pretty amazing that they are evaluating the customer service of other organisations, yet their's is pretty ghastly.

Lead by example and all that? I wouldnt want anything to do with them if I was a customer, and tbh, even though I had my account reactivated, I would rather shop with other organisations, as someone mentioned. A great starting point but as you expand your skills and stuff, they dont pay enough.
