    Lots of houses in the 60/70/80s were constructed with copper pipes gas and heating buried in concrete never a good idea, chemical reaction with the concrete and copper and also copper expands quite a bit on heating and cooling eventually the joints leak. Have replaced loads usually cheapest way to rectify is to drop down from upstairs in corners boxed in or cupboards
    We also had some cheap cooper imported from china in the late 80 that would pin hole.
    In floor better in a accessible trench or pipe in pipe.
