Has anyone got any advice! I have flights booked in July booked through ‘go to gate’, unable to reach them, through email or phone to discuss changing my flights or a refund. I booked using my debit card. Could you please help me with any advice?
thank you

I doubt for a July departure date that even if you reach them they will be able to offer much assistance.  Many airlines have yet to announce cancellations or refund policy for that far in advance.  You have not mentioned your airline but I would suggest looking at the airline website first to get an indicator of what travel waiver options are being offered and up to what travel date.

There's a long running thread on the Air Travel board of Tripadvisor about not being able to contact Go to Gate.

Another person who must have booked through an agent they had never heard of and based in Sweden just because that appeared on some search site. Gotogate is well known for a complete lack of customer service, sells entirely online and saves the cost of employing staff so the ticket appears to be £5 cheaper than booking through a UK based agent. If you can establish the flight has been cancelled, and Westin's advice to check with the airline is great advice, you could try a claim through your card but paying an agent, rather than the airline, usually means the banks refuse to pay as the company who debited the card is not the one who may have breached the contract. That may leave you at the mercy of gotogate, often known as gotoHe...
