Zest Car Rental - a good news story

With so much criticism of various firms not giving refunds (or making it difficult) I thought I would share a good news story: Zest Car Rental who not only automatically offered a refund as soon as we cancelled our booking, but then spent time chasing me down as the card I had paid with had expired and they wanted to pay the refund as soon as they could. Well done guys!
Perhaps we should start name-checking other firms who are behaving well through this?
