What to do when JDsports are not returning my refund!!??

Hi, I returned two items to JDsports through their 'intelligent returns' system on the 16th April. On the 22nd April I received an email from themselves stating they had received the items and to allow 10 working days for the funds to be returned to my account. I was still waiting almost 3 weeks later so emailed them to inquire the delay. Long story short, after various emails they claim they didnt receive the items (I have proof from themselves and the courier service that they did) and have now began to ignore my emails. I have tried emailing them again and also contacting them through social media but I just keep getting ignored or sent automated messages. It has become increasingly frustrating and I dont know what more I can do? Any advice/ support would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, Did you get your refund eventually? I’m having a nightmare with them right now. They seem to be using excuse after excuse and blaming yodel. Yodel were at fault but they’ve been trying to get JD to respond and they’re not yet JD are saying it’s Yodel not responding. Meanwhile I’m stuck in the middle with no refund

I'm having the same issue, ordered a tracksuit, sent me half a one, after many e-mails back and forth they said they would send a partial refund, said it would take 3-5 days, that was only 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I honestly dont know how they can get away with this, they dont care about other peoples worries or stress this causes. Surely they should be getting fined by a consumer ombudsman for their robbery. Shocking.
Has anyone of the above had any luck

Hi did you guys manage to get any response or refund? I am struggling with Jd sports as well over a refund that the product was not delivered and they themselves said they cannot provide so a refund will be automatically given in a few working days, it’s now been 2 months and I’ve contacted them via email and Twitter and they said yeah it will 24 hours, nothing. My other solution I have just done is call my bank and I suggest you guys do it too and dispute as soon as you can. Since my payment was taken through PayPal first then my bank account I have disputed with PayPal and see how that goes, I will then try with my bank as I can’t with these companies.0
