Tui holiday 12 June

We have a fully paid up holiday booked for 12 June with tui. Despite the fco advice and now 14 day quarantine which makes holidays unfeasible, we still havent seen holidays from June 12th being cancelled by Tui, only 3 weeks notice and not knowing is ridiculous. As an aside last week i emailed the hotel to get their take on it and they have replied the hotel is reopening on the 15th, 3 days after our apparent arrival! Tui need to get their !!!!!! in gear and extend the cancellations beyond 12 June asap. Anyone know anything?

If the hotel is not open then they will have to cancel. I would not be expecting to go, you be lucky to be able to holiday in UK.

TUI cancelled via email 10 days before travel. I already knew our hotel was closing, destination border closing & FCO "essential" in place. Even after cancelled notification, my on-line booking was still active for quite a few days.Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0

There are 20 countries that Greece are proposing to allow in from June 15th. That ties in with your hotel opening on that date. The UK is not on that list. The countries have been chosen based on “epidemiological criteria”.I guess TUI know that as soon as they cancel the next lot of holidays from 12th June to whatever date, it will all go mental again. That's probably why they haven't got their 'whatever' in gear yet.I too have a holiday booked to Greece with TUI departing on 12th June.It will not go ahead.

Jet2 today have announced the 1st July will be their earliest date so I’m sure TUI will follow suit.
Its frustrating I truly understand it but once they announce the new set of dates their phone calls which they are already struggling with will be overwhelming once more.0 -

If you booked the seats direct from the airline, any seats refund will come from them.Dants575 said:I have been inform by TUI I will get a refund on my family holiday but not the seats I book can I get a refund on the seats £84
