in Credit cards
Hi All,
Apologises if this has been posted before but I couldn't find anything yet.
I'm about to book for Florida in April 2021. Since it's hard to get travel insurance at the moment I want to book using my credit card just in case.
My question is - will i still be covered under section 75 if (and hopefully a big if!) there are still covid cancellations / closures by this time?
Thanks in advance for any help.

If the supplier breaks the contract, yes. Section 75 just gives you the same rights against the card provider.1
