Has anyone else lately returned an item to zara lately only to get it returned back to them? With no explanation. The item is exactly as it was when first arrived
Unworn and perfect. Zara have closed down their chatline. Can a retailer do this? It was returned within the agreed limits for return

Many stores are not accepting returns at present due to current situation.
WE ARE EXTENDING THE RETURN PERIOD TO 30 DAYS BEGINNING ON THE DAY OUR STORES RE-OPEN, BOTH FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES AND ONLINE ORDERS.
