Sainsbury's Credit Cards.

Can anyone help me please.  I agreed to go paperless with Sainsburys some time ago with regard to my credit card.  Now I can't log in at all.  I am being told some information is incorrect but not which information.  Even online is not helping me at all, it's just repetitive.  It's so frustrating.  Can  anyone give me a real email address to contact them for help as they don't recommend calling due to a lack of operators and long waiting queues. The email address I have used before i.e. customerservices@sainsburys.com is no longer in operation. Thank you.

I phoned them a week or so ago as I had a card transaction declined and phone response was pretty quick. I don’t have a real email address unfortunately but was pleasantly surprised when I phoned them so suggest giving it a try

    You'd be best calling them.

I've quickly checked their website and can't see an e-mail address, your best bet would be to contact them by phone.
I'm sure they can help you reset your details over the phone if you can verify yourself. If not, they may be able to send something through to your home address to help you get back in. Hope this helps

Thanks all, I suppose I'll have to attempt the phone again.
