Curry's PC World failure to deliver on their voucher deal

Options
I bought a new printer online from PC World in early April. I purchased it from them as it stated it came with a £20 voucher for Just Eat. The printer arrived and I'm happy with it but there was no mention or sign of the voucher. I have now emailed their customer services 6 times asking about the voucher and have had no response, save for an automated email with a case number saying they will get back to within 6 days. I have reviewed the product for their website and mentioned the elusive voucher and of course my review has not appeared on their website. I did try to ring them but am not prepared to waste hours queuing on the phone system which is what was happening.  I feel as if I have been misled by PC World, I entered into a purchase and they haven't fulfilled their side of the deal, and now won't even communicate with me to explain their position. I know we are undergoing the pandemic but they've had 6 weeks now, all I'm asking for is what they agreed to sell me. This would take a few minutes of their time to resolve. I've certainly lost all confidence in them as a retailer and will shop elsewhere in future. I wonder if anyone else has been caught out with the promise of a voucher from them that never materialised?

Many are in a similar boat as vendors prioritise and have staff shortages etc.

Did you not have to claim the voucher online once you had received the printer?

Looks like the OP read the headline but not the details.

Thanks, I have never seen that link before. I did sign up to Instant Ink at the time. Nowhere in the receipt emails for the printer or Instant Ink was this mentioned, of course I would have claimed via the link if I'd had known. If they had responded to my email enquiries they could have given me this link, well within the 21 days.

Not getting a voucher has no bearing on the product so they won’t post a review of a voucher on a page about a printer.
