Low pressure boiler - no refill pressure loop

I have a Procombi Exclusive 30 boiler, and having bled the radiators the pressure is at zero. I've searched online and the guidance is always to turn the lever on the refill pressure loop, but there isn't one, or at least there isn't one anywhere I've been able to find.
There are four levers under the boiler (a black one on the left with the pressure gauge, a yellow one, a blue one, then a black one), and in the past I'm sure I've just turned a lever and that has resolved the issue, but it isn't this time (although the one by the gauge is stuck).
I've checked the manual, YouTube, Google etc, but all the results start with the refill pressure loop! Any ideas?

Have a look around for you filling loop connection, probably somewhere below the boiler.0 -
Open the black valve on the RHS. Then slowly open the blue to fill to pressure.realblender said:I have a Procombi Exclusive 30 boiler, and having bled the radiators the pressure is at zero. Close the blue and then the black.
