Paypal refund

Hello dear,
I need advice, preferably if someone has a similar problem with Pay pal and can show me a way out.
From end of the year 2019, December, the person from China contacted to me on instagram and sent me a message proposing an offer.
He will send to me some football shirts from China and I am going to try to get the autographs of the players and he will pay for it. Also the same person told me, he wants buy some shirts so he will make a payments for all. My work to do was a find out a shirt for him, like on ebay or any other sources, send to him a photos of shirt /shirts on instagram and he decided to buy it or not, than he makes a payment via PayPal.
Bascily I trusted him. He did payments most of the time on time after I spend a time for research. During the whole time I spent doing it for him. I sent back his 7 shirts and 4 added I bought for him plus a football boots. Two packages I sent to China on his name and one pacakge I sent to Australia on his name for his client but that was his friend to the end. The Chinese guy did send payments in total for €2,471 including (buy a shirts for him, shipping from Europe, tax duties paid from China to Europe when he sent a oacakge, photo prove when player sign a shirt, payment for me, And in meantime he asked me for sell of my a special limited boots Messi 10/10, only 99 pairs in the world and I sold them to him for €1,116 - this price is including in total of what he fully paid of £2,471. Now he's asking for money back and he started put a claims against me to PayPal. He lost first case of €620 but he's getting back a refund from other 4 cases he opened. He sent back a pacakge from China with a damage shirt. I can't report it to the third part and get it on a form because we have lockdown.
I gave to PP so much evidence against this fraud, there isn't a way I can win it or do anything to protect me and don't pay. I haven't experience it before. Paypal did not help much now.
They don't accepted the screenshots from Instagram where is excatly saying he agreed and he was happy with a deal.
Someone can help me please?

Hello dear.  £ and €.  Are you in the UK?
I agree, starting any post or mail with ‘hello dear’ suggests someone from the Far East, add that to the fact that this is a B2B transaction and I suspect it is far too complicated for random advice on here. OP get proper legal business advice .
