14 day isolation after travel

have a f amily holiday booked  to lazarote for august. if we have to self isolate for 14 days on return we will not be able to go as cannot have 4 weeks off work.can  tui then say its not their fault we cant travel and deny a refund

Probably, but who knows what conditions will be in August?

It is not theirs either, until we know more then we don’t know what the official policy will be. Although you could claim to be a Lorry drivers or seasonal farm worker as apparently they don’t get the virus.

End of August is a world away right now.
No-one knows what "rules" will be in force then
14 day Quarantine rules from 8th June
Be patient!
However in the unlikely event the 14 day rules are still in place then TUi are correct.
