That’s correct no will. The debt is shared me and mum got a loan between us. My siblings are by know way not receiving anything, they’ve just said to ensure the house is secure first then when I am in a better position remortgage to get their share.Linton said:I am confused....- It is suggested that you have siblings and there was no will.
