I took out a contract with them last year .The phone never worked and the service did not improve so I stuck it in a drawer and got another contract and eventually I sent it back for repair, during this time I was often on the phone to customer services .I was assured they would not charge rental for periods without the phone.Anyway I got a letter saying that they had charged the wrong rental since last year and they took the lot off by direct debit despite saying I coul pay it up .I have been on the phone and email to them and I am at my wit's end.Anyone else had trouble?

I don't understand why you didn't keep on to them until you got it sorted in the first place. However, that's water under the bridge. What do you want in order to get satisfaction? What do customer services actually offer? Have you tried contacting the distributor who signed you up? That person will not want to lose your custom as (s)he gets commission on your spend. Did you take out their insurance? I ask as they will exchange phones very rapidly if you are insured with them (they have for me).tartanannie wrote:I took out a contract with them last year .The phone never worked and the service did not improve so I stuck it in a drawer and got another contract and eventually I sent it back for repair, during this time I was often on the phone to customer services .
Nigel. The mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.
