Advice needed please

Good afternoon, My son who is 16 got his first wage and decided to buy himself a new double bed 3 weeks ago, He found a shop on FB who we have bought from before and has really good reviews now 3 weeks on the base (its a divan with drawers) has sunken in, He is by no means large at all and after 3 weeks wouldn't have expected this to happen anyway.
I contacted the company via messenger no reply after 2 days, tried to call left voice mail no reply, sent txt no reply, left 2 posts both were removed, sent 2 further messages still no reply , he sent 2 messages and txt no reply then sent a email  and guess what ...... no reply
Can anyone advise me what to try next or were to go its bugged me more as I have explained to him that it was bought by teenage son with his own money and feel he been mugged off and the no replys are just down right rude.

Please help
Thank you & stay safe.
