Banks that process transactions on non business days

I did a FP from Marcus to Santander on Sunday May 17th and the transaction was, and still is, logged as May 17th by both banks.
SOs may be different.

Just noticed a prominent note on the HSBC website. It would be great if all banks did this and also an appropriate note if they did something else.
