Friend bought 2 Premiership football match tickets from this Spanish based website. Booking fee was £72. Its clear the public won't be able to go and see the match.
The terms say they won't refund this fee, is this a reasonable amount given they have done basically nothing for it? Or do they just have to suck it up?
"Refunds are only possible when an event is cancelled and not postponed or rescheduled. Under the extraordinarily rare
circumstances in which an event is cancelled, LiveFootballTickets.com will refund everything except for the service
fee (variable processing & administrative expenses). A credit, in the form of a voucher code, for the full value of
the service fee, will be provided to customers for application towards future orders, valid for 2 years. The value
of the refund is for the price of tickets and shipping only, as LiveFootballtickets.com has the right to retain its
booking fee to cover variable processing and administrative expenses, under Consumer Law."

I’m not sure it’s legal to buy English football tickets from sites like this. This means it is difficult for you to object to things like this.0

Are they another of those ticket touts? If so, I don't fancy your friend's chances.

Or would they agree with the terms on the website?0
