O2 device loan

Hi everyone - I have never used a platform like this before but I thought I would ask a question to see if it has happened to anyone else. I got a mobile phone contract from 02. It was a upgrade - i went through the normal way of getting the phone upgraded and everything seemed fine until a month after when I got my first bill, I was shocked that my tariff was on one bill and the phone was actually a loan contact with a different provider - one that I never thought or knew I had signed up for. Has this happened to anyone else.

thanks

graham

Is this O2 refresh scheme? If so its normal as they split the bill out to show the tariff cost as one and the device cost as another so you can pay off the device and know the balance that has to be paid
