looking for some estimates for plastering in Manchester area if anyone can help. Details below...

Skim following rooms 

- Bedroom 1 (2.8x4m) include ceiling 
- Bedroom 2 (2.9x2.6m) include ceiling 
- Bedroom 3 (2.9x2.6m) include ceiling 
- downstairs w/c (3.6x1m) include ceiling 
- stairs and landing

No plasterer can estimate from measures only, state of the walls and or backing plaster  ( solid or not ... ), hight of the room or landing, that all makes massive difference in final price.... Why don't you call couple of guys for quote, as that is the way to do it....  Be careful to chose a tradesman on price only as the cheapest quote is very rarely a wise thing to follow... I don't mean the more expensive ,the better but if someone undercut all other quotes - it usual means cutting corners or more than corners... Yet another reason to get 2 or 3 local tradesmen to see and quote, so you  get an idea who's reasonable and who takes a proverbial  ***ss
