23rd March - Had notification from Parkdean that I could either have a voucher or a refund so opted for Refund.
27th March - Email from Parkdean confirms my refund request and says I will have to wait 28 days for refund.
21st April - Refund for service fee is put into my account and also received email from parkdean saying they have notified Breakfree I wish to cancel.  Very annoyed that they have only just instructed Breakfree to cancel instead of doing it on 27th March.
21st May - Still no refund from Breakfree.  I emailed them yesterday and first thing this morning now the 2nd lot of 28 days is up.  Is there anything else I can do to make them pay up ?  They have no right to keep my money.  They promised a refund and I have waited the full 28 days.

It would seem that the scam artists at Breakfree how now decided that I have to wait 28 WORKING days.
I have multiple emails off them and Parkdean and not ONCE did they mention WORKING days up till now.
I had to pay instantly when I booked the holidays and yet I have to wait MONTHS for a refund.

You could try a Chargeback, you have proof you are due a refund,  and it's not been repaid.

I didn't realise it was possible with a debit card (only credit cards).
    Thanks.
