I think the fact that you changed role is irrelevant. You would only use data from September if you had changed employer.0

Great. Thank you so much.
Are you aware of any mediating body I could contact to get it officially confirmed so I can challenge my employer? They keep saying that whatever they are doing is in line with HMRC guidelines because I am a "salaried colleague". I am not sure what would be the best course of action I should take to get it sorted. Cheers.0 -
You should talk to ACAS: https://www.acas.org.uk/contact0

Thanks a lot. I think I will have to contact them indeed it as it looks like I got nowhere trying to communicate with my employer. In response to my e-mails they just keep repeating the same: "As previously mentioned as you are a salaried colleague your pay is now calculated on February or March, whichever is the higher and this has been clarified by the HMRC guidelines. This is correct as per HMRC guidelines- HMRC have confirmed that this is correct."Jeremy535897 said:You should talk to ACAS: https://www.acas.org.uk/contact

Thank you. I am exploring the last avenue and if that doesn't work I will be contacting ACAS and CAB.Jeremy535897 said:Good luck. Let's hope they can help.
