I've recently purchased a property and there are 2 manhole covers in my drive. What kind of key do I need in order to open them and is this something I can get from the utility company?

Screwfix has something:
https://www.screwfix.com/p/monument-tools-manhole-keys-125mm-pack-of-2/14087?tc=IC2&ds_kid=92700048793290430&ds_rl=1244066&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwtDM_LzE6QIViKztCh2qrQReEAQYBCABEgLirfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
A tent peg puller may fit if you have one laying around.

Yes Screwfix is your place to go. I would use an old hacksaw blade to thoroughly clean out the dirt at the sides of the cover before attempting to lift it.0
