Hi,
Before the lockdown I went into Ford and ordered a new car. It hasn't been delivered yet with everything that has been going on. I paid a deposit. Now I know and am fine with not getting the deposit back, but can I cancel the order? The car was on PCP.
Thanks

There are two elements to this, the purchase of the car and the finance. You have a statutory 14 day cooling off period with your finance so that's not an issue but that won't stop the car purchase. The dealer will likely cancel the order if it's not too far in but you will likely lose some or most of your deposit.0
