    Have you logged into your account where you applied? I’m the same mate ain’t received mine but it changed from processing to issued but now with the bank holiday I ain’t seeing it till Tuesday at the latest. But saying that have to declare on Monday with universal credit if I’ve earned anything this month and I won’t be lying Cos I ain’t Been paid it
    All I've been seeing is HMRC is processing your claim. I stayed up for 2 hours to make sure I apply on the dot at 8am 14th May. Others who applied later have received it. Anyway, I'll update everyone when I contact them now at 8am.

    I just went on live chat got told to call them? What’s the point of live chat 🤷‍♀️ I’ve been told that they pay out 3 times a day? Not sure how true this is. Anyone had their grants paid in the middle of the day?

    Doesn’t seem likely does it ? I’ve only heard of it hitting people’s accounts first thing . Finally had a email last night to say my husbands has been paid out but not in account still so god knows.

    I had the email last night so won’t get it now till Tuesday, and Cos I have to declare earnings to UC on Monday looks like having to wait will cost them £400 Cos back to work on the 26th so won’t be needing UC in June. Not a bad weekends work 😂

    Have you received the email to say it's going through? Just after the 6 working days with the bank holiday.
  • No, I'm afraid not.
  • I thought the email came first, then the payment, that's been the pattern with mine.

    Maybe worth mentioning the train of events;
    First,  I had a letter telling me I was eligible,
    Second, then went to the Gov site to apply for it,
    Third, recieved an email telling they are processing,
    Fourth, this morning the payment arrived in the current account I chose to have it paid into.

    After receiving the letter telling you you're eligible you then have to go to the Gov site - this is where you're asked which account you would like the payment to go to, so Sort Code and Account No.
    It arrived 3 days later, on the statement it displays the payment as coming from the HMRC SEISS Grant.

    * There was a thread somewhere, on here, about the persons bank account being shut down after receiving their grant, the poster was saying how the bank interpreted the payout as suspicious, that they suggested improper conduct on it hence closure.
    This would not have been the case as the statement clearly shows the monies origin.
