Hi
I have a car on finance hp and due to the covid 19 troubles I have been out of work and taken a holiday from Payment’s
however I have split with my partner who now obviously is not willing to pay for the car that is in
my name I can not afford solely to pay for the car where do I stand with this
I have emailed them and they offered to take the car back asking as I paint 7000 back to them
I owe for a early repayment 14800 the car is worth around 12 to 14 thousand where do I stand as I can not afford to pay either way any advice would be much appreciated
