Lastminute.com refund

I was due to fly to Rome this evening with my family but of course couldn't. I'd booked the Alitalia flights via Lastminute so requested a refund from them a while back. I finally received email confirmation of a refund a couple of hours ago and have just clicked on the link. They are offering 3 options:
1. Travel credit. This seems that it would be a credit added to my LM account and interestingly, they're offering 10% more than the cost of my booking
2. A voucher for the full value of the booking
3. A refund from the airline, but this comes with a variety of caveats AND a £30 fee.
I'd be inclined to take the third but it doesn't seem guaranteed. And I can't figure out what the difference between the first two options is other than the amount.
Any thoughts, advice, or experiences to share?

    I would pick number
4 A full refund from Last Minute

In the unlikely event that the airline cancels or amends your booking (for example due to scheduling changes), or is otherwise unable to fulfil your booking, we will use reasonable efforts to contact you as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details you provided at the time of booking. If the airline is unable to fulfill your booking and is unable to provide an alternative, your booking will be cancelled with a full refund.

Go back to LM and tell them you want a full refund under their own T&Cs
Point LM to   Flights, section 6 subsection h
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.
