Raisin welcome bonus

I've recently tried using Raisin. The account that I've opened through them seems OK, however I'm having trouble trying to claim the welcome bonus.
When I send the email from the email address that I'm registered with, the email is rejected by their email server. An email from an alternative email address went through, but of course doesn't meet the terms of the welcome bonus.
I've tried contacting them by their messaging facility and asked how I can claim the bonus if their email server rejects my mail, but I considered their answer to be evasive, just telling me that once I've met the terms of the offer I will get the bonus.
It's not much money, but isn't really the point. I consider it to be dishonest.
Has anybody else tried this recently?
Can somebody at MSE give them a nudge?

To be 'dishonest' they'd have had to deliberately set their email server to reject claims - very very unlikely!
And if true would result in this forum being littered with complaints about it. Which it isn't.
I would suggest you try again - and double check you've entered the email address (their's) correctly. And that the rest of the email - including subject line - is exactly what they request.
The most common cause, in my experience, of mail being rejected by mail servers is a non-existent address - i.e a typo.
So double- - and triple- - check the address and also that the rest is exactly as they suggest:To claim a welcome bonus, all you need to do is send an email from the email address that’s associated with your Raisin UK Account to bonus@raisin.co.uk, with “Welcome bonus” in the subject line within six months of funding your first savings account. This email should contain your full name and the amount that you are eligible to claim.PS And also, of course, be sure you have met the eligibility criteria - which are I think, to open and fund - for at least 6 months - either a notice account or a fixed rate bond. Fixed rate bonds are eligible for bonuses very quickly I think. But you won't be eligible for a notice account bonus until it's been open 6 months.0 -
I just sent the welcome bonus request to Raisin and the email seems to have went ok.

It's a while since I applied for, and got, my Raisin welcome bonus. I can't recall any problems claiming it, and it was paid as promised.0

NOT happy with Risin /Zenith. Rejected application, just stating "failed due to our money laundering test". No further contact to my daughters when they requested a contact or more informed reply. This has left them confused and annoyed. anyone help please?0

But since you / your daughters appear to have been given a reason, you / they might wish to check whether there are any CIFAS markers against your / their names.0 -
I thought that I would update this. I've had a rather more helpful response through the online message service on my second attempt. Raisin said that this fulfilled the terms of the scheme, and that I would be paid the bonus in due course.
Thank you Raisin.0
