Help please what mould is this??

Just wondering if anybody can help and tell me what type of mould this is please? 

This is a rented property and currently seeking them to sort the issue but have to wait for the Finlock gutters to be done.
 I don’t want to try and get rid of it if it means causing disruption to the mould and enhancing spores in the air if it is toxic black mould.

Appears to be invisible mould?

I'd bleach it, whatever it is.
