I paid my personal trainer for six months of three sessions a week just before the lockdown, since then i have changed my mind about wanting to continue with these sessions so have asked for my money back, minus the sessions i received in March, he says that the money is non-refundable, but it doesn't say that on his invoice, am i entitled to my money back, or is there nothing i can do because i have changed my mind?

I'm assuming you signed paperwork when you signed up for the sessions. It's probably in the terms in the paperwork you signed?1

Doesn't sound like a very reputable PT if you didn't have any paperwork. In that case I would say you're entitled to your money back (I'm sure that it's quite a large amount to) and I'm sure the courts would agree if you wanted to go down that route. He won't be looked on too favourably if he didn't get you to complete any paperwork.1
