Groupon Refund - Coronavirus

I bought a spa voucher for £65 on Groupon, but the date it was needed to be used by was before the spa would be able to reopen due to the coronavirus pandemic. I requested a refund but they gave me £52 in Groupon vouchers, not even for the full value of the deal! They are adamant they won’t be giving me a monetary refund. Had anyone been successful in getting a refund from Groupon in these times and is there anything I can do? It seems really wrong!

You bought a voucher and they supplied a voucher so hey did not need to refund you anything. The failure to supply was by the spa.

You should query why the refund was only £52 but you have no right to a cash refund because they provided the voucher you paid for.

When did you make the purchase as legally you have 14 days from when you received the voucher to inform them that you wish to cancel for a full refund.
I realise that you may be well out of time but it's worth asking.
