Problem with CreditExpert

I've just signed up with Credit Expert - but I can't actually access any info at all. Under the My credit centre tab, I have a choice between Experian credit report, National credit score (which it says underneath you have to pay for), and Score library (which you can only have if you have the second one).
But when I click on the 1st one it takes me to the order page for the second! Ie. it wants me to pay. Where's the free one?
Thanks

It always prompts you to get as score so you pay more. Just make sure you dont tick the box requesting a score and click continue..:jMay 2013 new beginnings:j0

I re-signed for CreditExpert 3 days ago - since then the site has been "temporarily unavailable" - which is exactly the same utterly pathetic service availability which prompted me not to renew my membership 2 years ago.0
