Fake gameboy game

Today i've received a gameboy game that i purchased off ebay and i believe it to be a fake.
The game is called super tetris delux and whilst it does play tetris it is a very poor version, the description and screen shots on the box are identical to the proper Tetris Worlds game i've already got and this is why i'm sure it's a dodgy copy.
I'm not happy at all as it was going to be a christmas pressie. What is the best way to go forward on this?

I would email the seller and tell them you're not happy with it, and ask if it's possible to return for a refund. See what they say and take it from there.
If they refuse to refund then if you paid by paypal, start a 'not as described' dispute.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0
