Hi,
We are soon to exchange on our new build house, the builders want 10% upon exchange and then we will put another 5% towards the house upon completion. The whole 15% is split across mine and my wife's LISA.
Has anyone used the Moneybox LISA, and can you explain the withdrawal process. I have requested the withdrawal forms which I have completed. It asks for us to email this form to them and also a "conveyancer's declaration" from my solicitors. Anyone understand what this is?
Any help or advice from someone who has used this before would be helpful.
Thanks,

We're just in the process of withdrawing our LISA now with Moneybox, and they send out the declaration directly to your solicitor who will need to send that back to them and will let them know when they want the funds ready for exchange and completion.0
