Travel insurance refusing claim - help!

All insurers are as bad. I have a claim rejected by Aviva who want you to claim on your Credit Card. Chargeback is 120 days from booking but S75 is up to 6 years I think. Insurers are getting bad name out of this and very much deserved. I certainly would not use Aviva again!1

Disappointing to hear the big insurance companies can be just as bad.
