Stoves Gas Oven - Gas keeps turning off

Hello all,
I have a 3 year old Stoves SGB700PS Double Oven which was about £550 new but now out of warranty. Basically had it removed from my flat about 3 months ago and it was working fine. This week it was fitted to my new home (Gas safe Plumber) and he showed it working briefly before he went. I cooked a meal last night and its not working correctly! :s Basically I hold in the button as normal and it clicks until lit, after around 1 min the gas goes out and it starts clicking over and over. I must admit the flames at the back are quite small and are orange rather than blue but never noticed before. Its a double Oven and both sections are behaving the same. What could it be? Incorrectly installed? New parts required? Faulty valve?
*I have read old posts and have cleaned the oven extensively, hoovered out, and cleaned any carbon off, no moisture, picture below of the condition.
Any help would be very much appreciated !! :)

    1. Don't use it until it has been checked, and certainly don't leave it on unattended.
    2. If you have a gas boiler (or other gas appliances) try running the cooker with the boiler / other appliances switched off.
2a. If it works OK with no other appliances running, then it's an issue with the size of pipe from meter to appliances.
2b. If it still shows the same problem its an issue with the cooker or with the gas supply to the cooker.
    3. The Gas Safe plumber should really have checked these things on installation, although its possible something has gone wrong subsequently.

That one statement means that under no circumstances should you use the oven until it has been checked and repaired.
An orange flame indicates that the gas/air ratio is incorrect and the oven will be producing far more carbon monoxide that it should do, something that means it is highly dangerous.

I would hazard a guess that the gas pressure is not enough because the pipes are too small or because the pressure was very high before  and there is some sort of restriction in place from your previous setup
