Hi guys;
Have Ltd company established and trading since March 2018. Banking with Cashplus but they are not accredited or not even sure if they have applied for it.
Applied HSBC business account got declined. Hold Natwest personal account and applied for feeder account still waiting 1 week so probably that will also be declined.
Joined Tide received the card etc but dont see nothing to apply for BBL yet as they probably give out to hand picked customers.
Also have Halifax personal account and not really helpful.
When we pay Tax and Vat we pay exactly same as every other businesses who had the helps from the government but we have received no help whatsoever and im really losing my hope! All i believe is who ever in the same boat as we are we should make a big noise....

Cashplus applied for their banking license last year..... hoping it would be approved this year. Unfortunately that hasn't happened.
I am in the same boat as you ☹
However I just started my journey on Sept 2019.
I haven't heard back from hsbc at all.

Don’t lose hope with NatWest , I applied with them last week as ima rbs personal customer not living on Scotland so they wouldn’t help but told me to apply through NatWest , after a heated phone all with them yesterday I received an email saying at this moment they were only helping their own customers and to try again in a few weeks ... applied for HSBC feeder last night .. checked emails this afternoon to find an email from NatWest stating business acc open with sort code and acc number .. although an advisor is currently checking it’s a feeder account and not a business account, long story short keep checking emails even if they say no lol the advisor did say it might be a business acc that’s been opened as they are finding it easier to open these than feeder accounts. Also finding it much easier to speak to advisers on live chat .. last one even rang me 👍🏻

I was the same with Cashplus, opened Starling account and got money 5 days after I applied.

Hi,
 I am really fed up with the govt and the banks, I have a Cashplus too and I honestly can't wait to open a decent business account and will close my Cashplus acc. I have applied  to several banks and keep getting turned down. My credit  was bad few years ago but it has all a been fixed and also the bank should not be using my personal credit  file which it seems they doing.  I do think its unfair ,I was asked to send my Cashplus statements and tax records which I did and RBS turned me down, what annoys me  is they obviously using some criteria to decline  but would never tell you what it is which is unfair. I should be able to know how my details were processed under GDPR, don't just tell me you ran it through some machines and its says  "computer says No".   As of now ,I am still checking my Tide application and am not holding my breath.  The government needs to look into this or  approve other banks to start doing this loan as time is running out.
