I watched a TV interview the other night with Martin Lewis who was telling us about Credit Card Charge Back, Sadly my experience is that it DOES NOT WORK
I have three separate issues with companies who are NOT refunding monies, My credit card company John Lewis have informed me that they are unable to help AND that the information being given is not correct and misleading, they say that my issues are with the companies and that charge back would not be allowed

It's largely meaningless to post what you have without giving further details of the issues you're referring to and the card company's response so if you're hoping for constructive discussion (rather than just a vague vent) then you'll need to explain much more....1 -

Having three chargebacks on the boil at the same time is quite a lot.

As others have said, there are specific circumstances which allow you to request a chargeback. Those circumstances (or reasons) are listed on this website: https://uk.verifi.com/faqs/chargeback-reason-codes/
If you think one of those reasons applies, you should follow it up with your bank.
When you talk to your bank, it would probably help to start off by expressing your complaint in terms of one of those 'reasons', and then letting the bank ask for any further information they need.0
