Deferred Holiday

If you pay for a UK holiday by credit card and your holiday is deferred to a later date because COVID, what your rights if the holiday company subsequently goes bust. Are you able to claim back your money from the credit card company.

    Yes, as long as no vouchers were involved then your credit card will certainly cover it.
