I booked two Wizz Air tickets from Luton to Stockholm via Gdansk thro Kiwi.com. on 25 May They were cancelled on 19 May. Kiwi suggested it was quicker if I applied for the refund or check if alternatives were offered myself and they would send the relevant information for me to do so They sent some information but when i tried to log into the flight at Wizz Air they say if booked through an agent then I need to sign in using the agents name and password. I tried using Kiwi.com and it was rejected. I tried to email Kiwi .com but the automatic reply states I did not pay for the right to have emails answered. So how am I supposed to claim if I cannot log in or contact Kiwi ?
