Shipping containers on space reserve parking cars

I have rented small warehouse unit for last four years. Five months ago main tenant of this property has placed shipping containers permanently on space reserve for parking cars. I am subtenant there and want to know if it is legal to place shipping containers on permanent basis. Now I don't have any space there to park my car and have to walk long distance.

Is the parking space part of your lease? Their lease?1

No it's not lawful, if you have a right or easement allowing you to park there. The number of available parking spaces can't be reduced if tenants previously had more.
